In an effort to enhance Kimberley Process (KP) compliance amongst all participants and industry, and in furtherance of the 2009 Administrative Decision (AD) paragraph 2, bullet 3 of the 2009 AD on Cooperation on KP Implementation and Enforcement and Cooperation, the United States has collected and compiled the fake KP certificates confiscated over the past 6 years. Please take note of these attempts to bypass the KP and remain vigilant in your efforts to deter any further actions taken to undermine the international regulatory system.
