According to the Administrative Decision on Procedures for Respecting Confidentiality within the Kimberley Process (KP), the attached document is not restricted as "KP ONLY." Thus, the attached letter submitted to the Chair of the KP by the Working Group on Monitoring regarding exports from Zimbabwe is capable of being released to outside parties.
