Brief description of call: Peru is an emerging market leader in Latin America, with robust economic growth and an emerging middle class over the last fifteen years. Ambassador Rose Likins will provide an overview of the current economic situation and business climate in Peru as well as highlight the many benefits the U.S.-Peru Free Trade Agreement (PTPA) offers U.S. businesses looking to export to and/or invest in Peru. This event will allow for a frank discussion on both the opportunities and challenges involved in doing business in Peru.
