Brief Description of Call: This Direct Line aims to build awareness and increase U.S. business participation in the Technology Summit (http://indoustechnologysummit.in/), scheduled to take place November 18-19 in the New Delhi region. The webchat will discuss various opportunities such as participation in business development sessions, research partnerships, networking opportunities, site visits, and how to acquire exhibition space. The webchat will also include representatives from Summit partners, India’s Department of Science and Technology (DST) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). DST will discuss recent changes in India’s government, as well as any changes in their science and technology (S&T) policies.

The Technology Summit will highlight collaboration between India and the United States on science, technology, and innovation across many industry sectors. The Summit aims to create new partnerships between industry, research and academic institutions, and governments, and boost bilateral trade and investment in the technology space.
