The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United States of America and has the honour to inform the latter that the Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Washington D.C. is instructed to inform the appropriate US institution that the Air Transport Agreement signed in Washington D.C. on 17 May 2005 between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has been ratified by the Ethiopian side; and thus the necessary internal procedures for entry into force of the Agreement have been completed.
The Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the United States of America the assurances of its highest consideration.
