The Embassy of the United States ofAmerica presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ofthe Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and is pleased to confirm that the Government of the United States ofAmerica has completed its necessary internal procedures for entry into force ofthe Open Skies Agreement signed with the Government Trinidad and Tobago on Saturday, May 22, 2010.

The Embassy has the honor to inform the Ministry that the United States awaits confirmation in the form ofa reply diplomatic note from the Government of Trinidad and Tobago that it has also completed its m:cessary internal procedures for entry into force ofthe said Agreement.

The Embassy of the United States ofAmerica avails itself ofthis opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ofthe Republic of Trinidad and Tobago the assurances of its highest consideration.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Rpublic of Trinidad and Tobago presents if compliments to the Embassy of the United States of America and has the honour to refer to the letter's Note No. 158 dated June 11, 2010 which confirmed the completion of the internal procedures by the Government of the United States of America for the entry into force of the Open Skies Agreement between the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and the United States of America.

The Ministry has the further honour to advise that the Government of Trinidad and Tobago has completed the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of the aforementioned Open Skies Agreement.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago avails itself of this opportunity to renew the Embassy of the United States of America the assurance of its highest consideration.
