Note No . 430

The Embassy of the United States of America presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Trap Emmirates and refers the Ministry to tuem Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the United Arab
Emirates, signed at Abu Dhabi on March 11, 2002 (the 'Agreement") .

The Embassy informs the Ministry that the Government of the United States of America has completed its necessary internal procedures to bring the Agreement into force . The
Agreement, in accordance with Article 17 thereto, shall enter into force on tha date of the Ministry's reply note informing the Embassy that the Government of the United Arab Emirates has also completed its necessary internal procedures .

The Embassy of the United States of America avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the assurances of its highest consideration .
