U.S. Delegation for Rio+20

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will head the U.S. delegation to the UN Conference on Sustainable Development, also known as Rio+20, June 20-22 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Lisa P. Jackson, Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Ambassador to Brazil, Thomas A. Shannon, Jr., will serve as alternate heads of delegation. Todd Stern, Special Envoy for Climate Change, will serve as chief negotiator.
