State Department Holds Gathering to Unite Efforts to Protect Caribbean Ecosystems, March 26, 2004

At the end of the week-long White Water to Blue Water Partnership Conference, Assistant Secretary John Turner congratulates the more than 700 participants including representatives from 31 governments in the wider Caribbean region, the travel and tourism industry, academic, international organizations and environmental groups.
