Assistant Secretay Barton: I think one of the things we've been able to do is really concentrate U.S. government efforts in some key places. So for example, in Kenya, we have really helped to focus the U.S. government on the election violence that we all worry about during this year in Kenya. In Honduras, we've been able to help focus on the growing homicide problem and the loss of government control and drive both the host government and the people of the country, but also the U.S. government to that issue so that we are really making as much headway as possible.
