Mudacumura is the Supreme Commander of the Army of the Forces Démocratiques de Libération du Rwanda (FDLR), which has been linked to continued crimes against the civilian population in the DRC in recent years. Mudacumura has been charged with responsibility for numerous war crimes for, among other acts, rape, murder, and mutilation.
To bring Mudacumura to justice, the United States Government is offering a reward to individuals who furnish information leading to his arrest, transfer or conviction for war crimes.
All information regarding the identity of any informant will be kept strictly confidential.
