The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) has integrated efforts across a spectrum of bilateral, regional, and international initiatives building up law enforcement capabilities of foreign governments to combat the increasing linkage between drugs, crime, and corruption. INL works to reinforce the international network of laws and conventions against the narcotics trade, corruption, and gang-related and international organized crime demonstrating the real-world value of cooperation. The Bureau's policies and programs work to promote stable environments, good governance, and stronger civic institutions for our partners.
