The U.S. recently completed its third round of review under the MESICIC (Spanish for the "Mechanism for Follow-Up on the Implementation of the Inter-American Convention against Corruption"). Under the MESICIC process, the U.S. completed a detailed questionnaire about its laws and enforcement actions with respect to the provisions of the Inter-American Convention against Corruption under review and responded to questions from its subgroup reviewers and other MESICIC member states. The U.S.' final report, as well as its questionnaire responses, can be found here: http://www.oas.org/juridico/english/usa.htm.
