Dear doctor,

We hereby enclose the results as requested under Contract No. S-CO150-04-M-N449, dated 03/03/04, which had been sent to you previously by e-mail. The results include your field identification and an internal coding: 3-52048 to 3-52087.

The forms did not include data such as name of customer and origin, since our samples are classified as "samples under custody", and marked by us as confidential. We shall therefore process the information required by you only upon request.

Once the results will be reviewed and if you consider them satisfactory, please send a letter to the Laboratory expressing your agreement. This is a prerequisite for us to process the appropriate bill.
