Briefing on FY 2009 Changes to PRM's Overseas Assistance Guidelines, Cooperative Agreements and Proposal Submission and Reporting Requirements

The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) together with InterAction, the largest coalition of U.S.-based international nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) focused on the world’s poor and most vulnerable people, will host a briefing for NGOs on changes to PRM’s guidelines and processes for applying for NGO overseas assistance.  The briefing is open to all NGOs interested in PRM humanitarian assistance projects.

 

When:  Friday, January 30th, 9:00-11:00am

Topics to be discussed:

  1. Review changes to PRM’s General Guidelines for Overseas Assistance for fiscal year 2009;
  2. Review PRM’s recommended templates for PRM-funded NGO Overseas Assistance proposal submissions, proposal budget information and quarterly reports;
  3. Review changes to PRM’s cooperative agreements and supporting documentation for NGO Overseas Assistance.
