Congress has authorized funds to be appropriated to carry out diplomatic security construction, acquisitions and operations pursuant to the Department of State's Supplemental Diplomatic Security Program and Foreign Service Buildings Act.
The Facilities Design and Construction Division (FDCD) carries out these Acquisitions in support of the Office of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO).
