The Office of Global Publishing Solutions (GPS) won the contract to provide the Department with high-quality, economical, and timely publishing, graphic design, content, and copier management services. The GPS offer succeeded because of an innovative business plan that included the establishment of a new printing facility in Cairo and the reorganization of the Multi-media Services operations in Vienna, Austria; Manila, the Philippines; and Washington, DC to provide efficient, integrated services to the Department.
