This collection consists of material relating to Airscan International, Inc., a company contracted by Occidental Petroleum to patrol the Cano Limon Pipeline. In 1998 pilots working for AirScan were allegedly involved in a bombing in Santo Domingo, Arauca which resulted in the deaths of seventeen citizens.
