All parents should sign a general field trip form when registering their child at the school. This will allow the student to take part in local field trips. It is suggested that for any trips that are not local, a separate permission form be issued and signed by the parent. This permission form should be specific in terms of the purpose of the trip, the school's liability, the child's behavior and other pertinent information.
