  • Band IV – Expert, supervisor and manager positions (e.g., Senior Consultants, Senior Advisors, Deputy Senior Consultants, Deputy Senior Advisors)
  • Band III – Full performance administrative and technical positions (e.g., Budget Analysts, Financial Management Specialists, Information Technology Specialists, Electrical Engineers)
  • Band II – Technical support and expert administrative support positions (e.g., Engineering Technicians, Office Managers)
  • Band I – Administrative support positions (e.g., Secretaries, Program Assistants)
  • Open Band – Those individuals who are paid above the pay band in which their position is classified.

 

3161 employees assigned to the DC local cannot exceed their designated “pay band.” If the new rate puts them above that, they will be capped at the top of their band.
