Anthony Robert Alan Wiley was taken into custody by Honduran authorities in January 2013. He was escorted back to the United States on January 30, where he was prosecuted, released and is now awaiting sentencing. Anthony Wiley is the second DSS Most Wanted captured fugitive since the inception of the program.
Wiley was wanted by DSS for attempting to obtain a passport under a fraudulent identity and misuse of a social security number. His additional charges included perjury, conspiracy, aggravated identity theft, residential burglary, unlawful possession of a firearm, and bail jumping. Wiley has eluded U.S. and foreign law enforcement entities in four different countries for the past year.
A special thanks to all those that assisted and the various federal, state, local, and foreign law enforcement agencies that cooperated in the speedy return of Anthony Robert Alan Wiley to the United States.
