In July 2006, David Mendoza applied for a U.S. passport in the name of Jose Hernaldo Rondon-Vargas in Aurora, Colorado. During the course of the passport issuance investigation, it was discovered that Mendoza attempted to obtain a U.S. passport in order to flee the U.S. as he had warrants for his arrest for incest and aggravated sexual assault of a minor. He is also wanted for failure to appear in court on the listed charges.
Mendoza is 31 years of age (DOB: 10/25/1980), with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately five feet and five inches tall (5'5") and 210 pounds.
Mendoza is believed to be hiding in Mexico and may still be using the stolen identity of Jose Hernaldo Rondon-Vargas. He was also recently featured on America’s Most Wanted website.
