Ethelred Orlando Smith (aka Robert Lee Williams) is wanted for willfully and knowingly making false statements on a passport application and for the false use of a passport. In January of 2000, Smith stole the identity of someone else in order to apply for a passport and fled the country. In May of 2012, checks revealed that Smith had internet activity from Jamaica on his Facebook account. His Facebook alias is Ethelred Ojay Smith. Photos confirmed that Smith is living in Jamaica, which was also his last known location. Smith is a black male, approximately 5’6” with black/grey hair and brown eyes. He is between 60-65 years of age. He was last seen in April 2013 in Western Jamaica.
