Marte Othon Villar is wanted for one count of conspiracy and 14 counts of encouraging and inducing illegal immigration for the purpose of private financial gain. Since 2006, investigations have revealed that 137 individuals had successfully obtained visas through fraudulently means in Villar’s visa fraud scheme. Each applicant paid between $20,000 and $60,000 per visa. Villar’s scheme is estimated to have made between $2.7 - $8.2 million dollars. Villar is a male, Hispanic, approximately 6’1” and 220 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is suspected to be in the state of Texas.
