Allen Reed FINGOTTI (aka Allen TOWNSEND-WELLS, Robert LEE TAYLOR) was indicted in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit (Lake County) of Illinois for the offense of battery. While on trial in 2010, Mr. Fingotti fled the U.S. Mr. Fingotti obtained a United States passport and traveled to Germany using a false identity: Robert Lee Taylor.
On January 10, 2010, Fingotti was arrested by German Police for credit card fraud. Subsequently, the German authorities seized his U.S. passport, which was in the name of Robert Lee Taylor. Fingotti managed to escape German police custody and is now without a valid travel document. It is believed that Fingotti is currently in Prague.
