Mohamed El Saied El Araby Hassan Atteya is wanted for making false statements on a U.S. passport application and providing forged documents in support of a U.S. application.  Additionally, he is under investigation for alleged parental kidnapping and has a Red Notice issued by INTERPOL.
 

Mr. Atteya allegedly took his son, Stephano Khalil Mohamed Atteya  (DOB: July 17, 2000), without his mother’s permission to an unknown location in Port Said, Egypt.  Mr. Atteya’s last known locations were verified as Alexandria, Egypt and Guangzhou, China.  He speaks Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, and English. 

Mr. Atteya has a scar on his right arm between his elbow and wrist, is bald with brown eyes, and approximately 5’11”.  He may be traveling with his son, who is now approximately 12 years of age.
