Jennifer Ann Klotz-Farhat is wanted by the DSS for willfully and knowingly making false statements on a passport application. She is also wanted by the FBI for parental kidnapping.
In February 2004, Jennifer Ann Klotz-Farhat applied for a U.S. passport on behalf of her seven-year old daughter. It was discovered that Ms. Klotz-Farhat had actually falsified information on her daughter’s passport application and was under order from the Michigan Circuit Court to surrender her daughter’s passport and to not remove her daughter from Michigan.
Recent record checks revealed that Ms. Klotz-Farhat fled the U.S. for Lebanon with her daughter in March 2004. All attempts on the part of U.S. authorities to remove Ms. Klotz-Farhat and her daughter from Lebanon have failed. Record checks revealed that Ms. Klotz-Farhat periodically travels in and out of Lebanon to retrieve goods, services, and medicine, but do not reveal under what identification or documents she may be using to travel.
