U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, right, shakes hands with Chuck Melton of Biloxi, Mississippi, on her visit with Hurricane Katrina victims staying at the Oak Mountain State Park.

The Diplomatic Security special agent, second from right, is a member of the protective detail that provides security for the Secretary of State seven days a week, 24 hours a day, everywhere she travels in the world.
