The Overseas Security Advisory Council, OSAC, held its 20th anniversary briefing at the State Department. Administered by the State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security, OSAC is the a public-private partnership that fosters the exchange of security information between the U.S. Government and American private sector operating abroad.
