April 10, 2006
In Baghdad, the U.S. Embassy named the new Diplomatic Security Service weapons training facility after Special Agent Eric Sullivan, who was killed on September 19, 2005, during a terrorist attack on his motorcade in Mosul, Iraq. The facility also commemorates the sacrifices the three private security professionals who died with Special Agent Sullivan in the same motorcade attack.
