At some point in the moving process, you will leave family and friends, say goodbye to familiar surroundings, and put on hold those activities you enjoy. While technology helps keep us connected, sadness and a feeling of loss sometimes overwhelms us. Trying to pretend that everything will remain the same makes it harder to adapt to the new location.

  • Move on with life.
  • Find new ways to meet your needs.
