DTSNet Account Support

The Diplomatic Telecommunications Service Program Office (DTS-PO) is proud to announce that we now have a dedicated DTSNet Service Center to enable faster, easier access to Operational Support System (OSS) Café. OSS Café is the DTS-PO self-service customer information portal, hosted on DTSNet.

The Service Center is a one-stop-shop for creating and managing DTSNet accounts. Services include:
  • New faster and easier process to request a DTSNet account
  • Immediate password reset
  • Immediate reactivation of expired accounts
  • DTSNet workstation assistance
