Results Reports

The Department of State issued reports to its employees in 2004, 2005, and 2006 to inform them of the major management accomplishments in the Department since 2001.  Below are the links to the three reports.

Among the key areas of improvement discussed in the 2006 report are:   passport and visa issuance; processing of personnel security investigations; Foreign Service Career Development Plans; mentoring programs; transformational diplomacy training; distance learning programs; the State-USAID Joint Financial Management System; mobile computing and remote access to our unclassified network; Virtual Presence Posts; real property asset management; and rightsizing.
