State Driver Licenses
Some A-2 visa holders are not eligible for a State Department license. If residents in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina, persons must first obtain a “Non-Eligibility Letter” from OFM confirming their eligibility for a state license, then use the designated Driver Services office in your state to obtain a state Driver License.
