GASOLINE TAX EXEMPTION
The New York State legislation re-establishing streamlined gasoline tax exemption for diplomatic and consular personnel in New York requires the tax-exempt account-holder submit a new state form, FT-505.1, which can be accessed here. For your reference here is the directive.
OFM/NY requires this form with all applications for new accounts. Current account-holders who have not already done so must complete and submit the form directly to their gasoline card companies.
