| |  International Reconstruction Conference on LiberiaThe International Reconstruction Conference on Liberia is an international effort to marshal support for Liberia's transition from conflict to recovery and reconstruction. More than 100 countries, international institutions, and other supporters will gather for the conference on Feb. 5 and 6, 2004 in New York City. The 2-day conference is hosted by the United Nations, the World Bank, and the United States, in collaboration with the National Transitional Government of Liberia (NTGL).
