They usually make announcements at night during their news broadcasts. QUESTION: Are you waiting for the North Koreans to come out and confirm that? ASSISTANT SECRETARY HILL: I am not waiting for anything. I have just gone through four meetings this afternoon, and I will go back for the start-up dinner of the Williamsburg Conference. So we will see what the North Koreans do. But as far as we know, the money has been transferred. QUESTION: To the Russians? ASSISTANT SECRETARY HILL: I am sorry? QUESTION: It is already in the Russian bank? ASSISTANT SECRETARY HILL: As far as we know, it is in Russia.
