AMBASSADOR DAVIES: I mean there's a lot of concern about the revelations that we've all now been made privy to about what the North Koreans have been up to, and I think it makes it even more imperative and important that the North Koreans take steps to address the concerns of the world community, and if they are engaged in this activity, that they cease this activity, and they go back to the obligations that they made in the October 2005 joint statement. That's where we are, and the ball is in North Korea's court to act. If they do, all things are possible, but as of yet they have not done so."
