We have ongoing from North Korea, on the proliferation front, activities that are concerning illicit activities that continue, and their defiance of UN Security Council obligations are also a concern – it endangers all of us and destabilizes this region.
Even were North Korea to go down the path of economic reform, and they haven’t yet, they haven't yet, that's no substitute for denuclearization. It's important that North Korea understands this issue of fulfilling the promises they’ve made for years, on denuclearization.
