QUESTION: Thank you. I am an NHK reporter.
ACTING ASSISTANT SECRETARY YUN: How are you?
QUESTION: Thank you. It is nice to meet you. How was today's meeting?
ACTING ASSISTANT SECRETARY YUN: It’s been very productive. We discussed a lot of regional issues, and also, a lot of bilateral issues. As you know, your Prime Minister and Foreign Minister were in Washington only about three weeks ago, and there was a lot of follow-up on that. So, I feel good about where we are moving in terms of U.S.-Japan relations. Thank you very much, guys. Okay?
QUESTION: As you know, North Korea is increasing its provocative attitude to the U.S. and its allies. So, how will you work to cooperate with the Japanese Government on North Korea?
ACTING ASSISTANT SECRETARY YUN: Well, you know that we have a lot of dialogue and consultations between Tokyo and Washington. And, of course, as I said, your Prime Minister and Foreign Minister were just there. I am very much looking forward to Secretary Kerry coming out to the region very soon. There have been a lot of opportunities. I think this is a very serious issue, of North Korea, and I am very happy, really; our two sides are very close. So, I think we are moving well together. This is a situation that we have seen before, but it is also quite threatening. So, my colleagues in Washington have spoken, and also the two capitals, especially, are working very close together.
