Arms Control and International Security Working Group Co-Chairs Meet
Acting Under Secretary Rose Gottemoeller met her BPC Arms Control and International Security Working Group counterpart Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov in Moscow September 7 for consultations. Gottemoeller and Ryabkov later both made remarks at the Center for Energy and Security Studies 2012 Moscow Conference on Nonproliferation.

Discussion on Missile Defense Cooperation, Arms Control, Nonproliferation 
Following up on their talks in Moscow on March 10, 2011, Under Secretary Tauscher and Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov presided over a meeting in Brussels on March 26, 2011, to exchange views on missile defense cooperation and other arms control and nonproliferation issues.

Working Group Co-Chairs Meeting
On March 10, 2011, Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Ellen Tauscher and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov met in Moscow to discuss defense and arms control issues, including establishing cooperative missile defense and nonproliferation.
