Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman, the United States would like also to welcome the announcement of a decision by the so-called "Supreme Soviet" of the Transnistrian region to remove all political obstacles to the withdrawal of Russian military forces from Moldova. We look forward to confirmation and practical implementation of this decision, which Mr. Smirnov has apparently approved.
