U.S. Ambassador to Germany, Philip Murphy, arriving for news conference with Minister President of Rhineland-Palatinate, Kurt Beck.
Reuters Soundbite:
Ambassador Murphy (Nov. 30): "I reiterate how angry I am and we are that this irresponsible act has taken place. There is no question if we ask ourselves, is the world safer? Is it less complicated? Are we in a better place because of this? The answer is unfortunately, no, no and no. Now, we'll recover. I'm not worried about our relations between Germany and America but this has made the world more complicated and that is not a good thing."
