Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Matthew J. Bryza, is responsible for the formation and conduct of U.S. policy to promote the peaceful resolution of conflicts in Nagorno-Karabakh, Abkhazia, Transnistria and South Ossetia. He also serves as the U.S. Co-Chairman of the OSCE's Minsk Group on Nagorno-Karabakh.
