A Cordial Greeting.

On behalf of the Alternative Development Program of the Council for Plan Colombia, I would like to express our gratitude for the timely assistance you provided us to carry out the verification visit that we carried out yesterday.

Thanks to your cooperation we were able to assess the situation of the Forest Ranger families in the State of Putumayo and gather information that will permit us to answer the claims published this past 10th of May in the daily newspaper, El Tiempo.

We are at your disposition.

Attentively,

VICTORIA EUGENIA RESTREPO URIBE
