Below is a list of major proposals for consideration by the Doha UPU Congress which, in the view of the State Department, based on a preliminary review, might be of particular interest to the members of the Advisory Committee. Please note that this list contains only those proposals included in dispatches 1 and 2 of Congress proposals (an expected nine dispatches will be sent to member countries through August), which are proposals submitted exclusively by the Council of Administration and Postal Operations Council. (Proposals submitted by individual countries will be published and distributed later.)
Although these represent the proposals which the State Department considers might be important, it is not an exhaustive list and Advisory Committee members are welcome to suggest additional proposals for review by the Advisory Committee.
