"I think Iraqis have clearly embraced politics. The question is whether it will be a politics that has some rules of the road, some sort of parameter such that losers in the game will stay in the political game and stay out of violence. But I think what Iraq needs to do is to have a political system that will support its aspirations to be a long term, stable and frankly strong player in the region."
