The January  2007 report is submitted consistent with section 1227(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 (Public Law 109-163) concerning United States Policy in Iraq. The report covers current military, diplomatic, political, and economic measures that are being or have been undertaken to complete our mission in Iraq successfully.
