
After drawing down Belgrade’s staff three times, she, along with the Ambassador and other remaining Embassy officials, boarded a Navy jet the morning of April 24, 1999 to depart Yugoslavia. NATO bombing began that night.
From 2000-2002, she served as Deputy Chief of Mission in Yerevan, Armenia. Her posting to Georgia began in August, 2002, when she traveled to Tbilisi to begin 3 years as Deputy Chief of Mission to Ambassador Richard Miles.
Ms. Moller has three times received the Department’s Superior Honor Award, and in 2000 was named the recipient of the Leamon R. Hunt Award for Administration Excellence.
