Marisa McAuliffe joined the Secretary’s Policy Planning Staff in August 2009 where she currently serves as Chief of Staff. Previously, she served as the Manager of Special Groups for the Presidential Inaugural Committee, and as the Director of Operations at the Democratic National Convention, in the Office of the Chief of Staff at the Democratic National Convention Committee. Ms. McAuliffe also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine. She holds a B.A. from the University of Florida, and is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
